At Ghost Success, we believe success means serving others.
Through our Ghost Success Gives Back program, we donate our time and skilled labor to help deserving members of our community.
Whether it’s a veteran, senior citizen, individual with a disability, single parent, or family facing hardship, our mission is simple: make a meaningful difference where we can.
Program Guidelines:
Ghost Success Gives Back is designed to provide meaningful assistance while allowing us to help as many people as possible.
Labor is donated for approved projects.
Giveback Projects are generally limited to one primary project and up to 3 hours of donated labor.
Materials, permits, equipment rentals, and disposal costs are the homeowner’s responsibility unless otherwise approved.
Additional work beyond the approved Giveback Project may require a separate estimate.
Projects are selected based on need, available resources, safety, and scheduling.
Ghost Success reserves the right to modify, reduce, postpone, or decline any project if it exceeds available resources or falls outside the mission of the Giveback Program.
Project Priorities:
To maximize our impact, priority is generally given to projects that:
Improve safety
Improve accessibility
Prevent further property damage
Restore essential property maintenance
Support individuals or families facing genuine hardship
Projects That May Not Qualify:
Examples include:
Large cosmetic landscaping projects
Complete property makeovers
Multiple unrelated projects
Luxury or decorative improvements
Projects requiring extensive excavation or heavy equipment
Projects exceeding available volunteer time or resources
Materials:
Donated labor does not include materials unless specifically provided by Ghost Success or a community sponsor.Ghost Success is happy to provide a materials list before work begins.
Sponsorship:
Want to help? Community members and local businesses can sponsor materials or donate toward future Giveback Projects, allowing us to help even more families.
Selection Notice:
Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.Every nomination is carefully reviewed, and recipients are chosen based on:

Available resources
Volunteer availability
Project scope
Overall community impact
Ghost Success determines the final scope of every Giveback Project based on available volunteer time, project complexity, and available resources.
